Job ID : 68¾ Job Date : Oct 12 2016 Title : Assistant Manager (Sales Support) Description : Manage and lead the sales operations in daily operations matters Monitor and enforce operational SOP are carried out by individuals Ensure all operational reports are submitted to respective departments with accuracy Feedback and suggest improvements to workflow and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency Manage day-to-day operation support of sales teams including Order Processing, Invoicing, issuing PO & DO to meet project timeline Liaise and co-ordinate with customers on sales orders status Liaise and co-ordinate with supplier on delivery schedule Preparation of reports including stock, sales and other reports for management Assist in preparing tender documents when required Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required Job Requirements : Diploma/Degree Min 2 year work experience in Item/Inventory/Logistic Min 1 Year work experience as a Team Lead Outspoken (firm) Meticulous and eye for detail Good organisational skill Leadership qualities skill Proficient in MS Offices Location: Ubi 5days work week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 Newly created due to expansion Requirements : Industries : Others Departments : Customer Service/Sales/Marketing Job Levels : Manager/Senior Manager |
