Job ID : 101 Job Date : Feb 09 2017 Title : Manager (ACMV) Description : Responsible for the performance of the outsourced facility maintenance service provider and the specialist system vendors engaged by the company with regards to ACMV (Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation) services. To audit and monitor the standards of maintenance services rendered by outsourced maintenance service provider and specialist system vendors. To provide support and assist the Head of Department in Capital nature replacements. Control of expenditures as well as Systems and Building Improvement projects. To support A&A initiatives and provide relevant technical inputs (AMCV) to such projects and to manage ACMV works undertaken by the Division. To conduct investigations for services breakdown and recommend needed recovery and preventive actions through analysis with preparation of technical reports. Job Requirements : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Min 8 years of experience in ACMV services or building management services and facilities operation. Experienced in maintenance and upgrading of ACMV services. Good knowledge of tendering process and relevant acts. Relevant experience in project management. Experienced in building maintenance and operations, M&E. Possess good knowledge in Authorities' requirements for building operations and management. Healthcare industry. 5 days week.
