Description
:
Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth running of production kitchen.
Prepare the daily mise en place, plating and dishing of meals.
Ensure meal quality standards are met.
Job Requirements
:
Higher Nitec/Nitec/GCE O Levels/Secondary education.
Possess Food Hygiene Certificate.
Min 2 years experience in either Pastry or Chinese or Muslim food.
Working Hours: 5am-1pm, 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm
Transport provided for 5am shift.
Town area.
