Provide leadership to a team of Managers and Senior Executives to deliver operational excellence in supporting patient care. Ensure smooth operations of the various functions in: Food & Beverage services, Kitchen Operations, Ambulance Services, Portering services, Mortuary Services, Housekeeping, Health Attendant services, Waste Management and Pest Control. Responsible for the daily operations including budgeting, recruitment, training and overall performance of the departments Work in close collaboration with company’s stakeholders to drive divisional level initiatives and projects, lead and implement improvement projects in line with overall strategic direction. Job Requirements : Degree Min 10 years experience in the field of Facilities Management/Building/Hospitality/Environmental Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong leadership and people management skills. Driven, passionate and service oriented. Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
